Chicken on The Barbie


• 5 chicken breasts, boneless/skinless
• olive oil
• salt and pepper
• 5 medium potatoes
• 5-7 corn on the cobs
• butter
• salt and pepper
• sour cream


1.Coat chicken with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper for seasoning. Cook on the grill until done (7-10 minutes)
2.Poke potatoes with fork, and place in microwave for 7-8 minutes or until fork tender.
3.In a large sauce pan filled with water, boil corn for 5-7 minutes.
4.Serve chicken off the grill, potatoes with salt, pepper, butter, and sour cream, and an amazingly yummy piece of corn on the cob.


Notes: We’ve come up with some amazing extras you could do. To make the chicken even better, add some McCormick’s Grill Mates chicken seasoning. Also, if you want to go big with this recipe, try adding some fresh mozzarella cheese, a fresh tomato slice, a avocado slice, and top it with a couple sprigs of cilantro.
